What's Different From the Intro Program: The Maintain Program delivers a higher therapeutic dose of semaglutide — moving into the range where clinical data shows the most significant impact on body weight, appetite, and metabolic markers. At this stage, your body is no longer adjusting; it's fully engaged. Many patients report that this phase is where they see the most consistent weekly progress.

Typical Dosing Range: 0.5 mg – 1.0 mg once weekly, titrated by your physician based on your individual response.
